Randall serves as President and Krista as Board Secretary, supporting a volunteer institution that provides free medical care to people who would otherwise be left outside the system.

Ballet Folklórico Rosas de María — Seeds of Tradition
A public-benefit organization built to last.
Randall and Krista are co-founders. Randall serves as Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer; Krista serves as Secretary. Sandy Gonzalez leads the board as President, and Maria Trenda serves as Executive Director.
The organization teaches, preserves, enriches, shares, promotes, and celebrates Mexican culture through dance and music.

Rhys and Karden swim with the AquaJets; Krista serves as Board Secretary. The Stone family is a swimming family, which makes pool quality a matter of household diplomacy.
CJHS Drama Boosters
Rhys participates in Chico Junior High drama, with Krista serving as the booster organization’s Board Secretary.
Rosedale Elementary
Karden’s school community and Krista’s sustained participation connect family logistics with the ordinary work of supporting a public-school site.

Randall’s background in running and triathlon continued through Chico’s running community, endurance training, coaching, and family movement.

Walking, biking, transit, and personal electric mobility give Rhys and Karden a practical understanding of Chico that does not come from being transported everywhere behind glass.
